Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tiralio(the “Service”), a digital menu and QR ordering platform for restaurants, operated by Tiralio(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

Tiralio lets restaurants publish a digital menu accessible via a QR code and, on paid plans, accept orders from customers at their tables. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the menu items, descriptions, images, prices, branding, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• Misrepresent prices, availability, or food safety information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, or interfere with its operation;
• Use the Service to send spam or to violate applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by subscribing you also agree to that provider’s terms. Subscriptions are not auto-renewing — you will be sent a payment request before each renewal period, and your subscription continues only when that payment is confirmed. Fees are stated in Gambian Dalasi (GMD) unless otherwise indicated.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request in good faith.

7. Orders between you and your customers

The Service is a tool that facilitates ordering. Any transaction, fulfilment, payment, or dispute arising from an order placed through your menu is solely between you and your customer. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, order fulfilment, applicable taxes, and compliance with food safety and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiralio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
